T-Visas provides for immigration relief for those who are survivors of sex or labor trafficking. The T-Visa allows survivors to remain in the United States for an initial temporary period of up to 4 years, depending on their cooperation with law enforcement in the detection, investigation, and prosecution of traffickers. If granted, the visa also provides for employment authorization and certain state and federal benefits.
